Before You Book
These policies exist to protect everyone's time — yours and mine. In practice, communication goes a long way. If something comes up, reach out. Life happens, and I get that. What I ask is that you extend the same courtesy I try to extend to you.
All appointments are booked and paid in full through Squire at the time of reservation. No walk-ins accepted.
Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to 3 hours before your scheduled appointment. A full refund will be issued for appointments canceled within that window. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement — this timeframe is determined by your financial institution, not K Dot Coop.
Cancellations made inside of 3 hours must be handled directly by the barber. In this case, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained as a late cancellation fee.
If you do not arrive for your appointment or arrive beyond the courtesy window without prior communication, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. Please communicate — it goes a long way.
Life happens. The following grace periods apply before an appointment is marked as a no-show:
Arrivals beyond the courtesy window without prior communication will be treated as a no-show.
Clients with a pattern of no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be removed from the booking platform at the barber's discretion.
